		<description><![CDATA[Well said. I&#039;ve believed in quality over quantity for a while now, but its a hard principle to stick by when Target gives you so much bang for your buck. It really is disgusting, and part of the reason why we&#039;re so unhappy. We work so hard just so we can amass more, instead of working less, creating more and consuming less. I just wrote a blog post about the idea of balancing consumption with creativity, inspired by a Tim Ferris quote: &quot;The opposite of happiness isn&#039;t sadness--it&#039;s boredom.&quot; As in, we&#039;re bored because we aren&#039;t creating, and therefore we are depressed.
